  • Over 20 years influencing positive change in Global multinational companies with roles in Organizational & Leadership Development, Cultural Change, employee engagement, performance and effectiveness; and HR – latterly at an executive level and brought to the USA from Switzerland as SVP, HR for Novartis Consumer Health, North America.

  • 14 years ago, Sue founded her own Global Executive Coaching and Consulting practice, Lifted Fog LLC. with a focus on facilitating positive change through brain-based coaching and consulting utilizing the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology. She is an advocate for optimal brain health and fostering a Mindset of Choice. As an ICF Mentor coach, Sue has a passion for the learning, development and growth of coaches worldwide and offers the “Take the Leap” program for those ready to become independent practitioners in OD and Coaching.

  • Lead Facilitator and Executive Coach, The NeuroLeadership Institute – delivering Brain- Based Coaching Certification programs, DECIDE, CONNECT, Corporate Coaching Assessments and Mentoring.

  • Director, Human Insight, Learning and Growth, PotentiaLabs-a developmentally designed e-learning platform that trains every area of psychological, social, and emotional well-being.

  • With a Major in Educational Psychology, Aberdeen University; Sue gained Coach Credentials at The Hudson Institute of Coaching & NLI; attended Executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard; The Certificate in The Science of Happiness, Berkeley and is a Certified C-IQ Coach. Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership and currently studying for Humor Academy 1 (AATH)

  • Judge for Chief Learning Officer’s 2016 Learning Elite/ PEAK Awards and Race4Good. She volunteers as a coach for The Honor Foundation, Survivors of Torture International, and most recently on a Humanitarian trip to a village in Nepal, devastated by the earthquake.

  • Currently residing in Southern California, Sue loves golf, tennis and photography, is

    energized by water and is best known to be “an engaging conversationalist, a broadcaster of happiness, and a fun-loving and spirited story teller with a wee bit of Scottish humor that make her a de- light to know.”
