
Margie Naddaff

Margie is an organization development consultant and certified executive coach with twenty-five years’ experience in the field of learning and development. She has been at Harvard University since 1992 and is currently the Director of Executive & Organization Effectiveness in the Center for Workplace Development. She leads a team of internal consultants and executive coaches who partner with University executives and faculty leaders to grow their own and their organization’s effectiveness. Margie launched a University-wide executive coaching service over a decade ago, which now includes 10 internal certified coaches. She is a founding and current member of the President’s Administrative Innovation Fund leadership team which provides grants to Harvard employees for innovative solutions to University challenges.
Margie received a B.A. from Providence College, an Ed.M. from Boston University and an executive certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University.
