Jeff is the Founder and CEO of the SupportingLines Institute. His mission is to inspire leaders and help teams perform so that millions of people become engaged in their work. He has over 20 years experience in sales, finance, people & culture and operations across multiple industries. Most recently he served as COO for Mobify, a digital experience platform used by global retailers and Fortune 500 brands to drive hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue every year. Prior to that he led sales for CHC, a global helicopter services company that doubled revenue from $800M to $1.6B during his tenure.

Jeff is a Certified Executive Coach, Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and Certified Dharma Yoga Instructor. Jeff’s ability to establish and extend trust with customers, business partners, investors and colleagues is critical to his success. His approach to relationships has generated $8 billion in new revenue and supported the integration of $10 billion in mergers & acquisitions.

As a coach, Jeff leverages his experience spanning diverse industries and multiple corporate functions to help clients find creative ways to overcome complex business challenges. He has deep non-profit experience, offering 18 years of service as a Director on the Board of prominent Canadian charities and hundreds of hours of community service annually, including a free weekly community yoga class. As a result of helping companies and non-profit organizations achieve tremendous growth, he received Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 award in 2011.

Jeff’s leadership philosophy is based on establishing a coaching culture and inspiring people to flourish. He increased engagement for every team he has led, in some cases by as much as 50%, across a wide spectrum of industries, demographics and corporate cultures. Leveraging his extensive experience, Jeff empowers business and non-profit leaders to be of greater service to their teams.
