In this very interactive session participants will:

Be encouraged to ask the pivotal questions that helps them in learning Process

Be asked to consider a new conceptual framework for what it means to be authentic in relation to others.

Explore how authenticity develops people over time, and examine how an effective coaching practice cultivates authenticity in the relationship between the coach and client.

Be encouraged to ask the pivotal question that helps in the learning process.

Clarify commonly used language when we talk about being authentic (e.g. the difference between “being authentic,” “authenticity,” and “authentic leadership”).

Hold a dialogue with a partner about defining authenticity: what is it, how does it form, and strategies for tapping into it.

Invited to share their own stories (from their coaching experiences) about what authenticity looks like, how do you know it when you see it and what maybe some of the qualities of that experience.

Examine the practical applications of these ideas for your coaching practice.
