Plan to arrive by 12 noon on the 15th to participate in the special surprise if you are a current MCEC holder!* Even though check in time is 4:00pm we are arranging for you to put your luggage in a safe place so you can participate.
Non MCEC Holders:
The conference dates are from October 16th – 18th. HOWEVER the conference starts at 6:30am on the 16th and ends at 11:00pm on the 18th after the Black Tie Reception and Gala and Designation Ceremony on the 18th please book your room accordingly …the special discounted rate of $169 will be effective for the nights of Oct 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th
